🌿 A Gentle Beginning
There is a difference between deserving and being worthy.
Deserving is often tied to proof.
Performance.
Earning.
It’s conditional—if I do this, then I get that.
But worthiness?
Worthiness is intrinsic.
It’s not transactional.
It’s eternal.
You didn’t earn your breath this morning.
You don’t earn the sunlight that lands on your skin.
And you don’t have to earn your worth.
💫 The “Good Girl” Economy
You may have learned to over-function, over-give, over-achieve…
To be good, helpful, pleasing, productive.
Because somewhere inside, you were taught:
If I do enough, I’ll finally feel worthy.
If I give enough, I’ll be loved.
If I sacrifice enough, I’ll be safe.
But love, that system was never built for your wholeness.
You are not here to prove your value.
You are here to be.
🕯 Try This
Today, sit with this quiet question:
Where in my life am I still trying to earn my worth?
What do I believe I have to “deserve” in order to receive?
Then, place a hand over your heart and say:
I do not need to earn this. I am already enough.
Let it be awkward. Let it be raw. Let it begin to soften something.
Because the truth is, love:
Your worth is not up for negotiation.
🌙 Parting Thought
You are not a transaction.
You are a miracle.
You are not behind.
You are becoming.
And you are already worthy of everything soft, sacred, and good.
