🌿 A Gentle Beginning
We’ve been taught to fear too much and to glorify just enough to get by.
We measure success by how close we can stand to the edge without falling.
We praise frugality, self-denial, and squeezing joy into leftovers.
We call exhaustion “noble” and scarcity “humble.”
But enoughness?
Real enoughness?
That’s not lack.
It’s liberation.
And love—you are allowed to live there.
💫 The Truth of Sufficiency
Enough isn’t a number.
It’s a state of being.
It’s walking into a room and knowing, “I have what I need.”
It’s not racing toward “more” out of fear.
It’s not apologizing for wanting ease.
Sufficiency says:
- I don’t have to hustle for crumbs.
- I don’t have to shrink to be safe.
- I don’t have to earn what already belongs to me.
You are allowed to dwell in that space.
Not just visit it—live there.
🕯 Try This
Ask yourself gently:
What does “enough” feel like in my body?
Not just financially, but emotionally, energetically, relationally.
Then:
Where am I still making myself small to stay within someone else’s version of enough?
What would it mean to trust that enough is already here?
Let this be a practice of presence, not pressure.
Your enough is sacred. It does not need to be justified.
🌙 Parting Thought
You are allowed to live in the fullness of enough.
To breathe deeper.
To soften your grip.
To stop chasing what already lives within you.
You are enough.
And you are allowed to know it.
